Synopsis: We’ve included the film “Mend” in the list because Director Rik Cordero (Award winning music video director) has released the film for free online. The film was made on a shoestring budget of less than $5000 in New York City. It’s interesting to watch this film as a filmmaker in order to deconstruct the film and look for the areas that require improvement (acting, cinematography, technical details etc). The film however, has many strong points and you’ll likely be interested in the story from begining to end. It’s a great example of what can abe accomplished with so little.
