Tracking shots are widely used in Hollywood features but with a little bit of money or simply a little creativity you can duplicate the look of these shots in your own production. Tracking shots involve the use of dollies to pull the camera around a scene. A tracking shot can be done hand held, using a steady cam, but they are more commonly shot with dollies.
